Shipping and Deliveries

Fortune Fencing works hard to deliver your products on time and with efficiency. We've offer deliveries and pickup choices to give you flexibility and convenience.

Considerations when placing a delivery order.

For safety reasons, our delivery drivers are not permitted to enter your property. Many of our deliveries involve heavy items, sometimes weighing several hundred kilograms. Additionally, majority of times our trucks are equipped with heavy loads, making them challenging to operate. To reduce any potential risks to your property, we strictly adhere to deliver within the designated delivery boundary. 

Melbourne Deliveries

Orders placed before weekdays- 7am to 4pm, Saturdays- 7.30am to 12pm on the day before can be delivered to any location in Melbourne the following day*.

Regional Victoria Deliveries

Kindly give yourself at least 72 hours. Ordering ahead of time is strongly advised.

Click and Collect Service

Stock products are available for pickup from weekdays- 7am to 4pm, Saturdays- 7.30am to 12pm It is advised to place your order ahead of time to minimize delays. When you place an order in advance, our sales team will get in touch with you to schedule a time for pick up. When collecting your order, please have with you the tax invoice.

Special Orders

"Special Orders" are specific items that are not kept in stock. It might be necessary for these products to be supplied to us first by our suppliers. When placing the order, the necessary time period will be verified. Since special orders are made especially to fulfil this request, they cannot be returned or reimbursed for any reason. Only defective or broken items may be returned for these products.

Freight Charges

Only curb side delivery is covered by freight expenses. We'll do our best to arrange the items where you want them. But we can only promise it if specific arrangements are made ahead of time (additional fees may apply).
